Marmaris
The coastal town Marmaris is located at the Turkish Aegean.
Marmaris is renown for it’s unique and relaxing scenery. The bay has created a
natural harbour. You can reach Marmaris through the airports of Dalaman and
Bodrum, as well as through ferries by Rhodos, Kos and other islands.
The history of the town reaches back to the 6th century B.C. and was known as the town of Physkos. Since the beginning Marmaris was a naval base and starting point of innumerous sailing trips. Taken over in 1425 by the Ottoman Empire an impressive castle was built, which represents Marmaris nowadays. SY-Kolibri heads towards Marmaris this February and the Netsel Marina will be her new home. The Amel Super Maramu is an outstanding sailing yacht. Chartering a ketch like the SY-Kolibri is almost impossible. It was important to offer this to my friends and avid sailors. Our reliable partner Star Yachting made this possible. |
Netsel marinaStar Yachting at Netsel Marina is responsible for bookings
and airport transfers. Upon request they can book flights and hotel rooms. They
take care of the yacht, check-in and -out and handle catering as well.
